Parent Workshops

About Our Workshops

Our parent workshops are designed to support caregivers raising teens who struggle with emotional instability, intense feelings, or behavioral challenges. These sessions provide practical tools, education, and a supportive community where parents can learn strategies to communicate effectively, respond to emotional crises, and build stronger relationships with their teens.

Through guided discussions and skill-based learning, parents gain insight into adolescent mental health, emotional regulation, and healthy boundaries—while connecting with other families who understand the challenges of this journey.
