The Center of Parent Excellence (C.O.P.E.) offers support, across the state of Washington, to parents and caregivers who are raising children and youth (ages 2-22) experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges in the home, school, and community.

Direct Parent Support

Planting Seeds of Hope

Lead Parent Support Specialists with lived experience provide direct
1-on-1 support to parents & caregivers via zoom, phone calls, or email. 

Virtual Meeting Support for Parents

Never Attend A Meeting Alone

Lead Parent Support Specialists attend youth-focused meetings (IEP, WISE, TPR, etc) with the goal of partnering with parents and caregivers and collaborating with other team members.

Parent Support Groups

A Reminder That You're Not Alone

Support Groups are facilitated by Lead Parent Support Specialists with lived experience that help guide conversations and topics that offer support, encouragement, empowerment and a reminder that you’re not alone.
